    50 g Wheat, pearled whole
    50 g Barley, pealed whole
    50 g Oats, steel cut

    50 g Buckwheat, whole
    50 g Buckwheat, cracked
    50 g Red River cereal
    50 g Bulgar Wheat
    50 g Wheat, cracked

    1 tsp Salt
    150 g Splenda brown sugar
    1 tsp Flax oil

    300 g Oatmeal, old-fashioned rolled
    50 g Flaxmeal
    50 g Flaxseed
    50 g Cornmeal
    50 g Cream of Wheat
    50 g Oat bran
    50 g Wheat bran


Soak 1st three ingredients over night

Soak next five ingredients with the 1st three ingredience for 1 hour

Add some boiling water, then mix in the salt, sugar and flax oil, stir thoroughly

Add the rest of the ingredients to the above and add boiling water to fill the pot

Cook, portion and freeze
