1 cup corn meal
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Almond 'milk", or water
2 tablespoon applesauce
1/4 cup egg substitute
The original recipe calls for Mollasses so if you add this it will change the calories. I tend to top with just a bit of honey for a sweeter taste!
