Tuna Salad with Apples

Introduction

Tuna with the xtra crunch from Granny Smith apples Tuna with the xtra crunch from Granny Smith apples
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cans tuna in water
    1 cucumber peeled and seeded
    1 large Granny Smith apple
    1 medium onion
    3 tablespoons Hellman's Light Mayo
    2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Directions

1. Drain tuna
2. chop onion, apple and cucumber
3. Mix together with mayo and mustard
4. Add seasonings to taste (garlic, pepper, salt etc).

Serve with a salad or on whole wheat bread.
