    Clover Leaf Boneless Skinless Pink Salmon (85g), 1 serving
    Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 0.5 tsp
    Capers, canned, 0.5 tbsp, drained
    Scallions, raw, 1, chopped
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, white, 1 dash
