Fresh Basil- as much as you like. I use about 10 leaves.
1 cup cherry tomatoes- sliced however you like
1/2 or 1/3 Cucumber (with peel) sliced
8 tbsp Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
2 1/2 cups of cooked pasta

1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Sun Dried Tomatoes, 15 pieces not oil packed
2 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions

Grill the chicken

Boil pasta and placed sun dried tomatoes in water when you place pasta in there. When the pasta is cooked the dried tomatoes will be done as well.

Place pasta in a bowl.

Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, and basil. Add to bowl. Add the salad dressing and mix. Add pepper and other spices that suit you.

When chicken is done, cut it into strips. Stir everything and top with cheese.

You can eat this warm or put it in the fridge.
