Salmon spinach cakes

Introduction

different version of the original fish cake different version of the original fish cake
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -1 can of pink salmon
    -salmon classic old bay seasoning
    -1/4 cup frozen seasoning blend ( onion,celery, pepper and parsley mix)
    -1 package of frozen spinach (thawed, drained and excess liquid squeezed out
    -1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    -1 large egg
    -1/4 teaspoon of dijon mustard
    -1 tablespoon of lite mayo

Directions

-mix all wet ingredients with the salmon classic seasoning packet- blend with fork
-dump 1 can of drained salmon (including bones) into wet mixture- blend together with fork
-drain 1 package of thawed frozen spinach and add to mix- blend again with fork
-make into about 8 patties
-fry up using cooking spray, olive oil, or grapeseed oil (not included in nutrional info) until browned on both sides making sure middle is heated thru
--yields 4 serving (2 patties making 1 srvg)
