Introduction

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

You can use any vegetables, cabbage, broccili, asparagus, etc. Heat the olive oil, drop in veggies and stir to coat. Cook on high for about 30-45 seconds, then cover and turn off heat. Wait about 5-7 minutes, then turn on high heat, stir, and then cover and turn off heat. Do this 1-2 more times until you reach the desired doneness.
