Egg Muffins II

Introduction

These are okay but quick in the morning! These are okay but quick in the morning!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Cups Egg Beaters
    1 C Shredded 2% Cheese
    3 Green onion
    4 Turkey Sausage Patties (I use Tennessee Pride)
    4 oz Ham

Directions

Preheat Oven to 375.
Spray PAM on 12 silicone muffin cups.
Crumble up sausage ham and mix with chopped up green onion tips and 1 cup cheese.
Divide evenly between 12 muffin cups.
Pour 1/4 Egg Beater into each muffin cups.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until a little browned.


You can store these in the fridge for up to a week and then heat up in the microwave.
