Introduction

Super easy, tangy family favorite of ours! Serve with whole wheat tortilla chips or crackers if desired. If you perfer a spicy 'kick', just add some hot sauce to taste! Ingredients

    Clamato, 32 oz - chilled
    1/4 Cup Diced Onion - Red/Purple
    Cilantro, raw, chopped 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1/4 cup
    2 large Cucumber (peeled), diced into chunks
    1 Avacado, diced
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    60 large Shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and chilled

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Chill about 30 min before serving. Serves 5.
