Ingredients


    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Apple juice, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Flour, whole grain, 3 cup (remove)
    * Organic Golden linseed, 10 gram(s) (remove)
    * egg white, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    * smart sugar, 20 gram(s) (remove)
    * Blueberries, fresh, 110 grams (remove)
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 20 grams (remove)

Directions

add bicarb to apple sauce mix in a small bowl
beat eggs and sugar in a medium bowl add all other ingredience except berries and flour
gently fold in the flour , trying not to mix
when combines , add berries stiring gently to mix
pour into muffin pans
bake for 18-25mins at 200C
