Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Corn - no salt added
    1/2 cup Brown Rice
    1/2 cup Black Beans
    1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded
    Guacamole, 3 tbsp
    Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 6 cherry
    Salsa, 2 tbsp

Directions

cook brown rice according to directions. Rinse beans and corn. Mix everything together and enjoy.
