Ingredients

    6oz yellow peppers
    4oz red onion
    1.5 cups No salt added black beans
    4oz frozen corn
    3.7/8 oz organic shelled edamame
    2 tbs chopped cilantro

Directions

Mix all together and let stand for 1 hour and enjoy. Makes 8 1-cup servings
