1/4 c Shallots, finely chopped
2/3 c Honey, slight;y warm
1/4 c Sherry Vinegar
1 tsp Chile Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1-1/2 c Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp Cilantro, chopped
3 Tbsp Pecans, chopped & toasted
Add honey and vinegar. Quickly stir in chile powder, cumn, and broth. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
Transfer to blender and blend until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste. Stir in cilantro. Garnish dish with toasted pecans.
