Quickie Banana Muffins

Introduction

Can make these in the microwave in just a few minutes! Can make these in the microwave in just a few minutes!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 Tbs of Wheat Germ (I used Kretschmer Toasted)
    1 Egg
    2 Tsp Sun Crystals (or no cal sweetener)
    2 Tsp Baking Powder
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 Medium Banana

Directions

Makes 2 muffins (depending on size of ramekin)

- Mix ingredients in a bowl
- Spray ramekins with cooking spray
- Microwave for about 90 seconds (cook time can vary on how much in each dish)

Could try using egg white and see how it turns out! I also have this recipe with raisins and they come out like cookies! Or no fruit and its like a low-carb bread.
