Add: 6 oz Island Pork Tenderloin, 2 Tbsp Cumin Vinaigrette P90X, Phase 1, Level 1
Add: 6 oz Island Pork Tenderloin, 2 Tbsp Cumin Vinaigrette
1/2 Orange, peeled and cut
1 c Spinach, fresh
1/2 Red Bell Papper, sliced into thin strips
1 Tbsp Raisins
1 c Napa Cabbage
6 oz Island Pork Tenderloin (see recipe)
2 Tbsp Cumin Vinaigrette (see recipe)
Toss Spinach, pepper, raisins, and cabbage together. Mound on a plate.
Arrange pork (not included) and orange slices on top. Drizzle with Cumin Vinaigrette (not included).
