Taco Soup

Introduction

A spicy soup, perfect for cold winter nights or whenever! A spicy soup, perfect for cold winter nights or whenever!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground lean beef
    1 large can (28oz) of Hunts tomato sauce
    1 bag of frozen corn
    ˝ bag of chopped onions- frozen
    1 bag of mixed vegetables
    1 can of great northern beans
    3 cups of water
    5 tbsp or 1 packet of taco seasoning
    2 beef or vegetable bouillon cubes
    1 tsp of crushed red peppers
    1 large potato cut up

Directions

In a large pot, sauté ground beef and onions. Add the taco seasoning, crushed red peppers. Stir for a few minutes. Add all the other ingredients.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Serve in a bowl, topped with taco chips, cheese and sour cream.
