1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 small onion
1 tsp. black pepper
1.5 C. sauerkraut, drained
2 C. uncooked egg noodles
1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup, condensed, unprepared
1 can healthy request cream of celery soup, condensed, unprepared
0.5 C. shredded cheddar cheese
-Brown beef and onion together. Drain off juice.
-Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture in an ungreased 9x9-inch baking dish.
-Cover with sauerkraut and top with remaining beef.
-Put uncooked noodles on top.
-Spread combined soups over noodles.
-Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
-Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 25 minutes more.
