Turkey, Butterball, Extra Lean Ground, 454 g
Salsa, Old El Paso Thick n' Chunky (med), 1 cup
Pasta Sauce, Ragu Original, 1.5 cup
Pasta, Vegetable Fusilli, 169 gram
Spinach, No Name Frozen, chopped, 1 serving
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Cheese, Cheddar Medium, 31%MF, 90 gram
Cottage Cheese 1% , 0.5 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
Carrots, raw, 1 medium , grated
Cook pasta, Spray 9x11 casserole dish.
Put 1/2 noodles on bottom. Then 1/2 the sauce. Mix egg, spinach & cottage cheese, & spread over sauce.
For next layer add rest of noodles, then rest of sauce. Top with grated cheese. Cover & bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let sit 5 minutes. Top with parsley.
