Coconut Milk, 1.25 cup
Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Butternut Squash, 1 cup, cubes
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup
Curry powder, 2 tbsp
vegatable Broth 1 can
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
Serve. MAKES 5 ONE CUP SERVINGS.
