2 pounds very lean beef, cooked and drained
2 heads of cabbage, or 4 bags of coleslaw mix
1 pound of carrots, shredded (omit if using slaw mix)
2- 3 large onion, chopped
1/2 bottle of sesame seed
garlic powder to taste
5 - 6 pkg Egg roll wrappers
Makes about 100- 120 egg rolls
* variation, add bean sprouts
** oil to fry not included in total calories
stir-fry /cook each ingredient then mixed cooked items together.
add 1- 2 heaping Tbs of mixture into a wrapper and roll.
Fry in a frying pan, or brush with oil (spray with Pam) and bake.
