I like to experiment in the kitchen with fresh foods, no other additives This was my idea to replace salad dressing. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Oranges, .5 large (3-1/16" dia)
    Pears, fresh, .5 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb)
    Strawberries, fresh, .33 cup, sliced

Directions

chop all ingredients
put in 4 cup container let set for min. 2 hrs I prefer overnight. If you like a little sweeter add 2tsp of Splenda, or for a more "dressing" feel 1 tsp of your favorite dressing. make sure to add that addition to your daily nutrition
