Ingredients

    1.5 cups almond pulp, leftover from making almond milk (or soak and grind 1.5c almonds)
    4 tbsp coconut oil
    2 tbsp agave or 7-10 dates (i calculated this recipe with 7 dates)
    .5 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch sea salt
    pinch nutmeg
    2 pinches cinnamon
    add a little water if you need to moisten it.

Directions

put all ingredients in a food processor or blender, adding more water if necessary to achieve a doughy consistency. Then shape cookies and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 10 hours.
