Kate's Simple Chicken Fajita's

Introduction

Fun and flavourful alternative to flour fajita's. Low sodium, low carb. Fun and flavourful alternative to flour fajita's. Low sodium, low carb.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 - 5 oz Can of Chicken
    1 - Red Bell Pepper, Cut into Strips
    1 - Green Bell Pepper, Cut into Strips
    1 - Onion, Diced
    1/2 - Package of Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
    Pam - 3 Second Spray
    6 - Tia Rosa 6 inch Corn Tortillas

Directions

Open and drain canned chicken.

Spray a medium saucepan with pam (or similar). Add onion, peppers, chicken and seasoning. Cook over medium heat until onions are translucent.

Split saucepan mix into six equal portions. Place one portion in the center of each tortilla, top with sour cream. Fold in half and eat like a taco.

Additional Topping Suggestions (not included in nutritional info) : Lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, brown rice, pinto beans.
