one scallion diced
one celery stalk
one quarter of a tomato
2 tbls mayo
1/5 pealed cucumber
salt and pepper to taste
Serve over salad greens
Directions
dice then mix together all ingrediants in bowl. Divide into portions. Serve each portion over Salad greens.
