Breakfast Burger

Ingredients

-1 hamburger roll
-Pam
-1 slice turkey ham
-1 slice of american cheese
-1 large egg, pinch of salt
Directions
1. Take a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat. Spray with PAM and toast the hamburger bun at the same time that you heat a slice of turkey ham.
2. Set the bun and turkey on a plate. Mix the egg with a couple TB of water and a pinch of salt. Whisk to blend and pour into the same pan. Drag the egg gently across the pan with a spatula to create folds of light, fluffy egg. When there is just a slight shine left on the eggs scoop them onto the bottom bun and top with a slice of cheese. Close the top bun with the ham on it and you are done.
