Sardine Mess

Introduction

A real quickie for when you're short on time - also great for calcium and omega-3! A real quickie for when you're short on time - also great for calcium and omega-3!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 tin of sardines in tomato sauce, mashed up.
    1 onion, chopped
    3tbsp sweetcorn
    3tbps peas
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 tbsp Soy sayce

Directions

Makes 2 servings

Fry the onion in a non-stick pan (try not to add oil). Add the pepper, peas and sweetcorn. Then add the soy sauce and tin of sardines and heat through. Add black pepper or season to taste and serve with salad.
