Ingredients

    1 c. almond milk, chocolate
    1 banana
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 scoop or 3 Tbsp. of soy protein powder

Directions

Toss it all in the blender and mix.

Makes 1 large serving, or split it if you are looking for lower calories and want to share.
