Tabouleh with Feta and Tomato

Introduction

Ingredients

    Bulgar Wheat
    Feta Cheese
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Scallions
    Fresh Coriander Leaves
    Lemon Juice
    Olive Oil

Directions

Put the Bulgar wheat in a bowl, pour over boiling water and leave on the side whilst your preparing the vegetables. Meanwhile chop up the tomatoes, scallions, coriander and feta cheese. Test the bulgar wheat to check its cook, drain and rinse with cold water. Putback in a bowl and mix in all the vegetables, olive oil and lemon juice.
