Mexican Style Rice

Introduction

I love to eat this as a side dish or wrapped in a tortilla for a meal! I love to eat this as a side dish or wrapped in a tortilla for a meal!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 can Rotel brand tomatoes and chilies
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can sweet corn, rinsed and drained

Directions

Once the rice is cooked, add the rotel, beans, and corn. Heat until all ingredients are warm.

Makes about 8 servings.
