2 cucumbers sliced thin
Celery, raw, 3 cup, diced
Fresh handpeeled Shrimp, cooked, 300 grams
*Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 2 pepper
Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
Ginger Root, 2 tsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until there are no large chunks left and all ingredients are blended well. Put the dressing on the cucumber mixture and mix well. Chill for 10 minutes or a few hours. The longer the salad sits before serving the more the flavours will mix.
