Ingredients

    ,black bean 1/4 cup
    lentil 1/4
    1 tbsp red or white onion
    1 tsp dill weed dry
    1 cup fresh spinach
    3 medium baby carrots
    olive oil
    1 bulion beef or veg
    1 tablespoon fat free plain yogurt optional

Directions

chop carrots and onion, then saute' carrots onion and spinnach with oil set aside take 3/4 cup water and bring to boil add bulion then add beans and vegtables cook on low till it thickens top with yogurt and the dill
