Potatoes and Kale

Ingredients

    4 red potatoes
    Buch of Kale, chopped
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    1 medium Onions, chopped
    6 cloves Garlic, finely minced
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    5 tsp Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Water

Directions

Cut potatoes into thin slices and steam until tender. Saute onion and garlic in sesame oil until translucent. Add potatoes and spices and cooked until potatoes are browned. Spread kale on top, add soy sauce and water. Cover and cook until kale is tender.
