Low Carb Quiche

Ingredients

    8 Jumbo eggs
    1/2 cup 2% Milk
    1 tbls dried parsley
    3/4 t ground black pepper
    1/2 cup diced Ham
    1/2 cup Diced Onion
    1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
    1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar
    1/4 cup Diced Green or red peppers
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, cream,water, herbs, salt & pepper. In a seperate bowl combine all remaining ingredients and toss together blending well. Pour mixture into pan and then the egg mix. Bake for 20-30 minutes until a knife can be inserted and removed "clean".
