Healthy, delicious chicken. Sauce used in recipie is sweet with a kick of onion. (recommend to use fresh spices if available instead of dried - tastes better!) Healthy, delicious chicken. Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
1 1/2 cups Bone Suckin Sauce (bonesuckin.com)
1 whole mango, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
approx 3 tbsp Cilantro
approx 3 tbsp Parsley
approx 2 tsp black pepper
Directions
*****Make 2 days in advanced for extra flavor!!!
*Take 2 chicken breasts and place them in a container to marinate.
*Add the BBQ sauce, diced mango, diced onion, cilantro, parsley, and pepper. mix thoroughly and let set for about 2 days to get a GOOD flavor.
*Turn and remix to cover about twice a day.
*Preheat oven to 375.
*Place all content of container in glass baking dish and cover with foil.
*Bake for 25-30 minutes for tenderness, longer if you like you chicken cooked more. (be sure not to leave in too long, chicken will continue to cook after taken out of oven - because of the heat)
If you like raviolis, the extra sauce is great on cheese raviolis!
