Ground Turkey, Corn & Black Beans

Introduction

This is amazing and simple! I got the idea from another recipe on here, but made a few changes! This is amazing and simple! I got the idea from another recipe on here, but made a few changes!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (Basil, Garlic & Oregano Style)
    1 small can Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn
    1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    Hot Sauce
    1 medium zucchini
    Mrs. Dash

Directions

1. Brown the Turkey and Onions in a very large skillet.
2. Rince & drain the black beans and corn. Add to the skillet.
3. Add spices (hot sauce and Mrs. Dash) and zucchini.
4. Cover & cook on Med/High for 5 minutes or so.
5. Add the tomatoes (with juice) at the end.
6. Simmer for another 5 or so minutes.

**This makes 6 servings!

  • I made this minus the zuchini and canned tomatoes. I added small amount of chicken seasoning,cilantro,worchestire and a slice of cheese,cubed and fresh tomatoes. My husband loved it! I give this 3 stars...it only allowed me to give1 star - 8/29/11
