Introduction

This is yum and quick in the morning:) This is yum and quick in the morning:)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oats
    75g unsweetened yogurt
    1/2 cup non-fat milk
    1 miniature box raisins
    2 dates, chopped
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

This is a cold recipe!

Mix all ingredients in a breakfast bowl. Put in fridge overnight, covered so it's ready for the morning:)
This recipe lasts me 2 days. I often grate an apple (with skin on) on top if I have time:)
