Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    put benecol in skillet,melt. 2 TBSP.
    put in boneless skinless chicken, cook until brown on both sides. medium heat. 2 pcs.
    add mushrooms and onions, and garlic. 1/2 cup each. garlic cover to taste.
    cook until chicken is done. low heat.
    cook rice until done.
    place rice on plate and add chicken and musroom and onions on top.
    If you have to have bread. Use whole wheat
    bread and toast it. 1 slice
    2pcs of chicken because you will want more for lunch the next day .
    add 1 cup on side of any green vegetable.(opt.)

    Very good eating.
