Introduction

This fruit & yogurt smoothie has a special addition of creamy peanut butter for extra protein and a unique nutty flavor. My daughter really liked it - and it's healthy. Great for Breakfast or a snack. This fruit & yogurt smoothie has a special addition of creamy peanut butter for extra protein and a unique nutty flavor. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Cup Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
    1 medium sized banana
    1/4 cup light Cranberry-Raspberry Cocktail juice
    1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

Directions

Everything just goes into a blender: yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, banana, cranberry-raspberry light cocktail juice & 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter (... it adds protein & a unique nutty taste that's really invitingly delicious...).

Blend until the fruit is chopped and pulverized - and then mix/blend until smooth and well mixed.

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.

Makes 2 - 10 oz servings.
