Ingredients

1# of beef tips
2 bags of frozen Freshlike Mixed Veg
3 potatoes peeled and cubed
46 oz of Vegetable juice
1 can of beef broth
2 c of water
season to taste
Directions
I put the beef tips in the crockpot on high with the can of beef broth for approximately 4 hrs. I then shred the meat and add to soup pan along with all the other ingredients. season to taste I bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for approximately an hour.
