Breakfast Hash

Introduction

This is probably in no way healthy. But its good comfort food, and better when it comes from home and not the restaurant. This is probably in no way healthy. But its good comfort food, and better when it comes from home and not the restaurant.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Bob Evans ground sausage, half a tube
    3 eggs
    2 medium sized potatoes
    3 Tbsp Butter
    1 tsp oil
    American cheese (Optional- not included in calories)

Directions

In a large skillet, heat butter and oil. Slice potatoes into "coins" and add to skillet.

In another skillet, brown meat and add eggs. Mix together until everything is cooked.

When potatoes have cooked about 10 minutes, add 1/4 cup of water. This will keep the potatoes moist, and keep you from having to add more oil or butter.

Serve with biscuits (also not included in calories). Makes about 4 servings.
