Cucumber and Watermelon Salad

Introduction

This is soooo yummy! This is soooo yummy!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Large Cucumbers, sliced
    2 cups Watermelon, cubed
    1 large onion, sliced
    Dressing: I like to be creative with taste in this dressing so I mix it to my taste.
    1half cup cider vinegar
    1 half cup water
    1/8 cup white sugar
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    dash pepper

Directions

Slice cucumbers and onions and place in large serving bowl.
cube watermelon and set aside until right before you serve.
mix dressing ingrediants together and pour over cucumbers and onion.
Let set for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow tastes to blend

Just prior to serving, add watermelon and stir together

You wouldn't think these 2 flavors would be good together but this my absolute favorite summer salad!

Serves 8-10 people a 1/2 cup serving
