Ingredients

1 jumbo egg, fresh
1/4 cup Instant Oatmeal
1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
1/2 chopped yellow onions
2 tbls. tomato paste (or ketchup)
1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
Directions
Mix first five ingredients thoroughly, and let sit 10-15 minutes. Add turkey and mix well. Place in loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest 15 minutes, then slice to serve.
