1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
2 lbs.Chicken Breast, no skin
1 Can Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
2 cups water
2 cups White Rice, long grain
1 package LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
Spray 9x13 inch cake pan with non fat cooking spray
Spread the rice in pan evenly, place chicken on rice. Spoon Cream of Chicken soup over the chicken evenly and sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the chicken. Pour in the chicken broth. Cover with Foil and bake for 45 mins or until the chicken is cooked all the way.

I wasn't real happy with this recipe but, I think it could have been good? The recipe calls for 2 cups water but, the instructions never tell you to add it? I didnt know what to do so I added it and I ended up with soup. It also has way too much sodium but, I think it could have been good! - 7/28/07
