Water 1 bunch Broccoli, cut up 3 cloves Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt to taste
bring 1/2" water to a simmer in a saute pan with a well fitting lid over med-high. Add broccoli and cover; steam/blanch broccoli until tender crisp (2-3 minutes). Drain water, return to heat. Add oil and garlic; saute for 1-2 minutes, until garlic is soft and fragrant. Remove from heat add salt to taste.
