Crustless Quiche Base - Low Carb, Cal & Fat!

Super easy & super YUMMY! Super easy & super YUMMY!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 Cup Light Mayo
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    2T Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 Cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix eggs, mayo, milk, flour and salt & pepper until well blended. Add 1 Cup cheese, set aside remaining 1/2 Cup. Add any fillers you like (veggies [raw], meat [cooked], etc.). Pour into pie plate or 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!
