Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Salt, 1 dash
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    *white vinager, 2 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Oat Bran, 1.5 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed


Directions

Mix together milk with vinegar (or substitute with butter milk) set aside.
in med bowl mix together oil brown sugar egg.
In another bowl mix flour baking soda, baking powder, salt. stir, then add bran. once combined with the flour mixture, add to wet ingred, stir by hand slowly adding the raisins.
scoop into 12 muffin cups.
