1/2 lb. asparagus, blanched (cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes and drain)
3-4 cups fresh spinach
1 cup basil, packed
1 avocado, seeded and diced
small handful of almonds
juice and zest of 1 lemon
Blitz it all in a food processor. Scrape down the sides at least twice. Taste for salt and pepper.
