Ingredients

3 cups Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 T shortening
1 1/4 cup warm water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Using pastry knife or two knives, cut in shortening. Add water and stir. turn out on floured board and kneed a few times. Divide dough into balls and roll out. Place each tortilla on a hot griddle or cast iron skillet and heat until bubbles appear, then flip and brown for 30-60 seconds
