Beef Stroganoff

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 c margarine
    1 lb Round Steak
    1/2 c water
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms (optional, not in nutritional count)
    2/3 c sour cream

Directions

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cut meat into strips and dip into flour mixture. Brown meat in margarine. Add water and stir. Stir in soup and mushrooms. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream. Allow sour cream to get warm, but not boiling.

Serve over hot noodles
