*Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/2 Cup.
1 Cup Water
Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
1TBls Davinci Sugar Free Caramel Syrup.
Add cinnamon, vanilla, walnut pieces, sugar free davinci caramel syrup, skim milk and blueberries.
By this time it will have cooled off too much, so put it in microwave for 1 minute to reheat. divide into 2 servings. Enjoy!
